Out-patient Clinics (all days of the week except Fridays) From 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. and From 4.30 p.m. to 9.00 p.m.

Emergency department works 24hrs a day, 7 days a week.

Visiting Hours: Visiting Hours from 10.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m. daily.

Wheel Chair: In case you need a wheel chair, Please dial 409 or 0 from any telephone available in your reach.

Flowers, Gifts and Newspapers: You are in need of buying Gifts, flowers or Confectionaries, you can call flower shop at ext.(407).

Telephone Calls: During your stay, you may call the following services:

• Operator (0),

• Information Desk  (415) From  8.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m.

• Appointments for out-patient clinics (408  & 432) from 8.00 to 9.00 p.m.

• Patient Relation Officer  (Ext. 401)

Suggestion & Complains: Green Crescent Hospital encourage all patients and visitors to provide us with their comments, suggestions, and  their complaints (if any) to our Patient Relations at Ext. 401/432.
